Provide solutions to help customers succeed with our products.
Troubleshoot customer environments and triage with customers.
Build and enhance monitoring and alerting systems.
Automate daily operational tasks for efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience with large, complex cloud infrastructures.
3+ years of experience with Kubernetes.
Production distributed system experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong Linux experience.
Experience with Observability tools.
DevOps or CI/CD experience.
Python scripting.
