📋 Description

• Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for enterprise customers, from engineers
• Collaborate on deployments, architecture, and operational best practices
• Drive alignment between business goals and Sysdig capabilities via Success Planning and Outcome
• Lead Customer Business Reviews and strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical
• Develop knowledge of customer environments to identify risks and opportunities
• Lead hands-on workshops to unlock Sysdig value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or
• Experience managing enterprise relationships and navigating complex organizations
• Hands-on with Kubernetes deployments; container-based solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud-native apps, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across
• Experience scripting and API integration to support solutions
• Proven success driving measurable outcomes and executive engagements
