Senior Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Remote role; EST hours; Full-Time; Reports to Exec Leadership
• Manage high-value accounts for value, engagement, satisfaction
• Lead onboarding and training to drive early wins
• Serve as strategic advisor aligning services with goals
• Design scalable processes and SOPs using HubSpot, Zapier, Slack
• Monitor customer health and retention via CRM data
• Collaborate with production, ops, leadership for delivery
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance updates
• Capture testimonials and referrals for advocacy
• Navigate difficult conversations with professionalism
• Mentor junior CSMs and build best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer success, account mgmt, or consulting
• Proven track record managing 10+ accounts or projects independently
• Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot, Go High Level) and automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication across calls and async
• Experience with Slack, Calendly, Zapier in remote work
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong expectations mgmt
• Metrics-focused mindset; identifies opportunities and drives improvement
• Bonus: podcast production or content onboarding experience
• Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
