Senior Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and finance executives to drive adoption.
• Guide enterprise treasury customers from onboarding through long-term strategic use.
• Co-create Value Achievement & Success Plans to capture treasury objectives and outcomes.
• Develop and scale lifecycle engagements including onboarding, reviews, and usage tracking.
• Address inquiries, obstacles, and proactively identify ways to drive additional value.
• Establish regular touchpoints with treasury and finance teams to gather product feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise software (treasury/fintech SaaS).
• Deep treasury ops knowledge: cash, FX, liquidity, and payments.
• Ability to engage with execs to analysts across complex orgs.
• Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
• Proven project management and trusted-advisor track record.
• Data-driven with engagement health metrics and outcomes tracking.
