📋 Description

• Manage a strategic portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers, taking responsibility for net
• Develop and execute tailored customer success plans aligned with customer objectives, business
• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers; conduct regular
• Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to manage renewal cycles, identify expansion opportunities
• Proactively identify customer risks using engagement data and develop clear mitigation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related
• Demonstrated success driving customer retention, renewals, expansion revenue, and long-term
• Experience managing complex customer portfolios and engaging enterprise stakeholders, including
• Ability to develop and execute customer success plans, establish measurable objectives, drive
• Strong technical and business acumen; comfortable engaging with technically sophisticated customers.
• Confidence managing renewal discussions, identifying expansion opportunities, and negotiating
