Senior Customer Success Manager - DACH & North

📋 Description

• Lead deployments end to end: scope the work, build the plan, run kickoff, and coordinate internal
• Spot risk early and fix it: use AI-powered health signals to catch adoption gaps and blockers
• Grow adoption: run hands-on working sessions, find new use cases, and show customers how new
• Tell the value story: build success plans and executive business reviews that tie Amplitude usage
• Drive revenue with your AE: work together on renewals and expansion; coach champions, build the
• Shape the product: bring customer feedback back to Product so it influences what Amplitude builds

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Customer Success experience managing a portfolio of large Enterprise accounts
• Experience with Enterprise deployments where change management and data governance were central
• Clear commercial wins: customers you've retained and expanded
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with exec presence
• Solid project management skills and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, independent role
