Senior Customer Success Manager - Data / Storage / Cloud (Central or East)

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, drive onboarding and renewals
• Proactively monitor account health and develop health improvement plans
• Translate data/storage/cloud architecture into business value for leaders
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering to resolve escalations
• Enable and support OEM and Channel partners, driving joint growth
• Provide customer insights and product feedback to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude in data, storage, and cloud tech (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• 5+ years in CS/AM/Partner Success in B2B SaaS or Cloud Infra
• Ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences, including C-Suite
• Experience managing up to 50 enterprise accounts and OEM/Channel partners
• Strong SaaS metrics knowledge: NRR, churn, adoption, GRR
• Experience with CS/CRM tools (Planhat, Gainsight)
