Senior Customer Success Manager - Quora (Remote)

📋 Description

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of advertising clients
• Provide strategic guidance to scale revenue in accounts
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and optimization
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and check-in calls with advertisers
• Share learnings and best practices internally and externally
• Forecast and track key account data for internal projections

🎯 Requirements

• Availability during coordination hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm PT
• 5 years managing ad campaigns (client or publisher); search/social preferred
• Enterprise-level client experience; North American market
• Strong verbal/written/listening communication up to C-level; able to challenge
• Comfortable with beta products; troubleshoot tech/account issues
• Hands-on experience managing/optimizing performance campaigns
• Translate analytics into insights to improve content/creatives
• Self-starter with action bias; collaborative in fast-paced env
