📋 Description

• Hands-on building enterprise CCaaS with Amazon Connect, Lambda, CDK and React tooling.
• Develop AI agents and flows in Bedrock/Claude; write production-grade code.
• Implement prompts, tool integrations, and guardrails to prevent hallucination.
• Optimize inference cost and latency via model tiers, caching, and token budgeting.
• Analyze agent performance using CloudWatch logs and transcripts to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with customer teams and practice leads; own end-to-end delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering; 2+ years on Amazon Connect/CCaaS.
• Deep Amazon Connect skills: contact flows, routing, Cases/Tasks, Contact Lens, Profiles, Streams.
• Conversational AI experience: Lex, Bedrock, Claude, prompt engineering, tool calling.
• TypeScript/Node.js and Python; production React; AWS serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
• IaC with AWS CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployment patterns.
• Excellent communication; demo work and mentor client engineers.
