Senior CXE Engineer

📋 Description

• Build AI agents, contact flows, and Lambda/CDK in AWS for enterprise CX.
• Develop React-based agent/admin tooling and debug production issues at scale.
• Pressure-test architectures, propose patterns, and own end-to-end quality.
• Blend Amazon Connect engineering with Bedrock/Claude AI and serverless work.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams during delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Build multi-component contact center solutions including flows, cases, tasks, and routing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software engineering, 2+ years on Amazon Connect at enterprise scale.
• Strong Amazon Connect: flows, routing, Cases/Tasks, Contact Lens, Profiles, Streams.
• Conversational AI experience: Lex, Bedrock/Claude, prompts and tool calls.
• Strong TS/Node.js, Python; React; AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Step Functions).
• IaC with CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployment patterns.
• Experience shipping prod systems, observability, testing, and incident debugging.
• Clear customer-facing communication; able to demo work and discuss trade-offs.
