Senior CXE Engineer

📋 Description

• Hands-on builder on enterprise contact center transformations; code and AWS console work.
• Build AI agents and flows; write Lambda functions and CDK stacks.
• Develop React-based agent/admin tooling; debug production issues.
• Pressure-test architectures; own end-to-end quality from commit to production.
• Work across Amazon Connect, Bedrock/Claude AI, and serverless stacks.
• Collaborate with customer engineers and practice leads; share learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building on Amazon Connect or CCaaS at enterprise scale.
• Strong Amazon Connect skills: flows, routing, Cases/Tasks, and Customer Profiles.
• Conversational and generative AI experience: Lex, Bedrock, Claude.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python; production React; AWS serverless stack.
• IaC experience with AWS CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployments.
• Proven track record shipping production systems with observability and incident debugging.
