📋 Description

• Build AI-native self-service with Amazon Connect AI agents and Bedrock.
• Develop React-based agent/admin tooling in serverless AWS stack.
• Debug production issues for systems serving thousands of agents.
• Pressure-test architectures; own end-to-end implementation quality.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams and practice leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering; 2+ yrs on Amazon Connect/CCaaS
• Strong Amazon Connect skills: contact flows, routing, Cases, Lens
• Generative AI with Bedrock/Claude; prompts and tool-calling
• TypeScript/Node.js, Python; production React
• IaC with AWS CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployments
• Production observability, testing discipline, and incident debugging
