📋 Description

• Hands-on builder on enterprise CCaaS transformations using Amazon Connect
• Build AI agents and contact flows; write Lambda and CDK code
• Develop React-based agent/admin tooling and serverless backends
• Debug production issues and optimize patterns in large-scale systems
• Collaborate with customer teams; own quality from commit to production

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering
• Amazon Connect or CCaaS at enterprise scale
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python; production React experience
• Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK or Terraform
• Observability tooling and incident debugging
• Clear communication with customer engineers and stakeholders
