Senior Cyber Security Engineer - Automation, Data Center & Networking Security

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on security work for HPC/Virtualization environments.
• Design, implement, and automate security across cloud and virtualized systems.
• Review deployments for flaws and strengthen security controls.
• Collaborate with Cloud Platform, IT, and Product teams on security solutions.
• Develop playbooks, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments to inform design options.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, CS, Cyber Security or related field; 4+ years' experience (Master's 2+).
• 8+ years in Data Center/Virtualization or Network Security Architecture/Engineer.
• 2+ years vulnerability management experience in cloud/infra.
• Strong cloud/virtualization experience with AWS/HPC/MAAS.
• Proficiency with Lustre, Kerberos, and Linux administration.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Go, or Java) and IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation).
