Senior Cybersecurity GRC Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead development, review, and enforcement of security policies to meet regulatory mandates.
• Oversee GRC tools, automate workflows and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security with business processes.
• Lead internal audits and remediation for GDPR, SOC 2, CIS controls.
• Coordinate responses to customer security questionnaires and vendor risk assessments.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor Security GRC status.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in governance, risk, and compliance in cybersecurity.
• English proficiency with listening, speaking, reading, writing.
• Deep understanding of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, CIS18, GDPR, CCPA.
• Technical background in information systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and networks.
• Policy writing, audits, security investigations, and data analysis.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and risk registers.
