📋 Description

• Serve as the technical SME across managed detection and response, extended detection and response
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept, onboarding
• Own the technical onboarding experience for assigned accounts, helping accelerate time to value
• Partner with Services Account Executives throughout the U.S. government sales cycle, including
• Work within the CSE/TAM operating model to provide a seamless technical experience from pre-sales
• Maintain proactive, real-time communication through phone, video, and in-person meetings as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent relevant preparation.
• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical account management
• Deep knowledge of MDR, EDR/XDR/MXDR, NDR/IDS, and DNS-layer security, with direct experience using
• Strong network engineering fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and network
• Understanding of U.S. State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial government environments, procurement
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, coaching, or technically leading other engineers.
