📋 Description

• Architect and build scalable backend services for Generative AI features.
• Own end-to-end AI lifecycle: design, deploy, monitor, optimize.
• Improve RAG pipelines and reduce hallucinations via tuning and prompts.
• Integrate LLMs with knowledge bases, APIs, and real-time data.
• Champion LLMOps and best practices: observability and automated evals.
• Mentor engineers and shape AI product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend software engineering with Generative AI; or 4+ years with Master.
• Strong Python, FastAPI/Flask, async; REST/microservices; CI/CD (ArgoCD).
• Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable; Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• 2+ years production AI with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini); RAG and vector DBs (Pinecone/Elasticsearch).
• AI system design/evaluation: LLM Judges or MLflow; monitoring for drift.
• Large-scale data processing: Databricks and Spark; LangChain/LlamaIndex.
