Senior Data & AI Engineer (m/f)

📋 Description

• Lead ML domain; design, develop, deploy AI across NLP, CV, LLMs.
• Shape secure, high-performing AI platforms; guide strategy and mentor teams.
• Architect ML pipelines: ingestion, feature engineering, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Build LLM-based solutions on hybrid cloud/on-prem; ensure privacy, latency, performance.
• Design NLP pipelines for extraction, classification, semantic search, document understanding.
• In-person collaboration at ARHS/Accenture office and flexible work options.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering; able to lead complex AI initiatives.
• Programming & APIs: Python, REST API architecture, performance tuning, secure API development.
• NLP & ML: Transformers, LLMs (Mistral, LLaMA), RAG, prompt tuning, vector search.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS (Functions, Glue, Logic Apps, AI Services).
• MLOps & Infra: Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD.
• AI System Integration: Edge inference (Jetson Orin, Xavier NX), Ollama/ONNX, hybrid deployments.
