Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with product teams to run analysis and deliver prioritized recommendations.
• Define metric definitions and business context so stakeholders understand performance.
• Set up tracking and monitoring for launches; quantify KPI impact.
• Build and maintain a reporting layer with automated alerts for KPI moves.
• Design, run and interpret experiments from A/B tests to diff-in-differences.
• Model robust data in dbt and BigQuery with testing and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on data analyst or data scientist experience.
• Advanced SQL and data visualization.
• Data modeling in cloud warehouses with dbt and BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Statistics and experiment design including A/B and diff-in-differences.
• Understanding payments/fintech operations including fraud, chargebacks, KYC/AML.
• Comfort with AI assisted tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis.
