Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze VIP user behavior across lifecycle (tiering, upgrades, churn)
• Build dashboards and automated reports for VIP metrics and health indicators
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on Earn product performance and retention
• Identify high-value segments and model LTV; advise VIP design
• Monitor data quality across VIP and Earn systems; resolve discrepancies
• Support ad-hoc data requests, A/B tests, and feature impact assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or a related role
• Background in financial products, wealth management, or fintech
• Strong SQL skills and Python or R
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Understanding of user lifecycle analytics (activation, retention, churn, LTV)
