Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze user behavior across Futures, Options, TradFi perpetuals, and Loans.
• Build dashboards and automated reports on trading volume and user metrics.
• Deep-dive on futures strategy, leverage, liquidations, IV, Greeks, and loan trends.
• Segment high-value users; model LTV, credit behavior, and strategy classification.
• Monitor data quality across trading and lending systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Support analyses, A/B tests, and impact assessments for new products and campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics
• Background in futures/derivatives trading, options, TradFi, or lending/consumer finance
• Strong SQL skills and Python or R
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
• Understanding of user lifecycle analytics in financial products
• Strong analytical thinking; translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-timezone environment
