📋 Description

• Own deep-dive analyses on Clutch's highest-priority problems across acquisitions, inventory, retail
• Build models and frameworks to size opportunities, forecast outcomes, and evaluate trade-offs
• Define and own core business metrics so teams across Clutch work from a single source of truth.
• Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product, marketing, and operational changes.
• Build, maintain, and improve the production dashboards and data models that stakeholders rely on
• Build reliable, well-tested, production-ready pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or a closely related field (6–7
• Strong SQL expertise, with comfort working across large or complex datasets.
• A track record of analysis that changed business decisions, not just reporting on them.
• Ability to take a vague business question, structure it, and deliver a clear recommendation.
• Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation.
• Hands-on experience with a BI tool, such as Tableau or Power BI.
