Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead the design and upkeep of ETL/data pipelines from source files into the data warehouse.
• Architect semantic models and reusable datasets with KPI definitions.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards with DAX, Power Query, and RLS.
• Manage BI projects from requirements to production delivery with stakeholders.
• Identify performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and data models and optimize.
• Document data schemas, lineage, dashboards, and datasets; ensure data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Data Analytics/IS/Statistics or related field.
• 5-8+ years in analytics/BI with Power BI expertise.
• Deep SQL experience: joins, aggregations, window functions, optimizations.
• Solid Power BI: semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), RLS, publishing.
• Understanding of data warehousing/ETL architecture (ODS/staging/fact & dimension).
• Strong communication for international audiences; end-to-end project experience.
