Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to measure growth bets.
• Lead deep-dive analyses to diagnose metric shifts and narrate insights.
• Design standardized analytics frameworks for product growth and user behavior.
• Own the A/B lifecycle from power analysis to post-test inference.
• Partner with FP&A to link product outcomes to revenue and LTV.
• Own analytics initiatives from concept to delivery across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert SQL and product analytics (GA4, Amplitude); A/B testing experience.
• Modern data workflows: Snowflake and GitHub.
• Python and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI).
• AI tools: Cursor and Claude Code.
• 3–5+ years in quantitative analytics (SaaS/B2B).
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics/math/economics; Master’s a plus.
