Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Be a thought partner to Sales and Finance leaders by analyzing the drivers of bookings, pipeline
• Build and maintain pacing views that show whether Sales is on track to plan, and explain gaps by
• Analyze why results vary between reps and what separates top performers, to inform coverage and
• Support planning and target setting with productivity models and quota inputs.
• Size and measure sales incentives, including SPIFFs (short-term bonuses for a specific goal)
• Analyze discount patterns and the impact of pricing initiatives on deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategic finance, or sales
• Strong SQL & statistical data modeling skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Proven track record building interactive dashboards in tools such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Experience with sales data and metrics: pipeline, bookings, quota attainment, win rate, sales
• Strong business modeling skills: forecasting, scenario analysis, ROI analysis.
• Experience with data engineering and navigating new data sources.

• Base salary range $102,000 - $163,000 USD
