📋 Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of Analysts in CX Digital Evolution.
  • Set standards for requirements gathering; reviews and QA of deliverables.
  • Lead requirements gathering for complex solutions; oversee BAs’ workstreams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specs; guide BAs on projects.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions; mitigate risks.
  • Act as escalation point for complex analytical or delivery challenges.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 CEFR).
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Admin, Information Systems, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5–7 years in Data Analyst and/or Business Analyst role with mentoring.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker Studio).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
