📋 Description

• Design and implement robust data models that transform fragmented marketing spend and application
• Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel, identifying friction
• Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design intuitive Tableau dashboards for tracking KPIs like
• Partner with Product and Marketing to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests.
• Translate complex user behaviors into repeatable, automated insights that drive measurable growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience using data to drive measurable business impact, specifically within
• Deep proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery), including complex joins and window functions.
• Advanced Data Modeling skills: ability to design and maintain structured datasets (star schemas
• Expertise with Tableau for building intuitive dashboards.
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts like survival analysis, causal inference, and significance
• Understanding of the lending lifecycle and how product changes impact portfolio quality.
