Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner closely with the Finance and Payments teams to build, refine, and maintain the metrics
• Own end-to-end analysis: from understanding business questions → writing SQL/dbt models → building
• Develop and optimize Looker dashboards to support financial planning, revenue analysis, cost
• Maintain and evolve core financial data models in dbt.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues, validate calculations, and ensure trusted, reconciled datasets
• Work with ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, ask the right questions, and translate business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker, able to write complex queries, model data
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics and financial logic to
• Ability to take initiative and ownership, work independently, and drive projects from concept to
• High attention to detail, especially with reconciliation, financial logic, metric definitions, and
• Experience working with stakeholders in Finance (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops).
