Senior Data Analyst - Business Insights & Operations

📋 Description

• Build and maintain unified reporting across CRM, accounting, invoicing, and operations into a
• Replace manual reporting with scalable data pipelines and refresh processes.
• Establish and document definitions for metrics like MRR, activation, churn, and customer health.
• Partner with Data Engineering on architecture, warehouse performance, and reporting quality
• Extend revenue reporting with dashboards for MRR/ARR, segment/product revenue, and reconciliation.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting solutions and automated anomaly detection for critical metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics or similar cross-functional role.
• Strong SQL skills with cloud data warehouses (Redshift preferred).
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate analysis or build agents.
• Experience developing data models/semantic layers for consistent metrics across teams.
• Proven ability to reconcile data across CRM, billing, ERP, product, and support.
