Senior Data Analyst, Commerce

📋 Description

• Own data strategy for commerce and fulfillment operations.
• Analyze end-to-end funnels for Rx platform and Shopify store.
• Bridge data, operations, marketing and product teams.
• Track customer journeys and optimize e-commerce funnels.
• Drive revenue while upholding clinical integrity and safety.
• Build dashboards to monitor LTV, renewals, and AOV.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years data analytics in ecommerce, digital health, or D2C.
• Expert-level SQL.
• Proficient with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Metabase.
• Experience joining Postgres/MySQL with Shopify data.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce metrics: CR, AOV, LTV, CAC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
