Senior Data Analyst, GTM

📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, Medical Affairs, and
• Proactively explore data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that can drive business
• Define and manage data collection requirements across systems and functions to enable consistent
• Develop, optimize, and automate data pipelines using SQL, AI, and modern data engineering tools to
• Build and maintain robust, interactive dashboards to enable self-service capabilities and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and driving efficiencies across the data landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, reporting, data analysis, and/or visualization.
• 5+ years of experience with Python for data analytics / data science projects.
• 5+ years of experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Professional experience supporting data needs across various departments, such as marketing
• AI-forward mindset, actively using GenAI to automate and scale work.

• Base salary range $145,000 - $160,000 (additional compensation includes equity and benefits)
