Senior Data Analyst - Loan Product & Customer

📋 Description

• Analyze loan user behavior across lifecycle: application to delinquency and churn.
• Build dashboards and automated reports to track loan product performance and portfolio health.
• Deep-dive analyses on draw-down trends, repayment flows, and extensions.
• Identify high-value/high-risk segments; model credit behavior and LTV.
• Monitor data quality and integrity across loan and customer systems.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for loan datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics.
• Background in lending products, consumer finance, credit risk, or fintech.
• Strong SQL and at least one analytical language (Python or R).
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Prior crypto exchange or neobank lending experience.
