📋 Description

• Help define, monitor and improve marketplace health metrics (supply-demand balance, fulfilment
• Analyse marketplace performance and investigate metric changes (fill rate, time-to-fill
• Work with product and engineering teams to define success metrics and measure impact of
• Analyse experiments (matching, ranking, recommendation) to understand product/algorithmic
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for marketplace performance.
• Use SQL and analytical tools to investigate marketplace behaviour, trends, opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience analysing complex datasets.
• Python experience for analysis and experimentation is beneficial.
• Experience with marketplace, product or operational data and metrics.
• Ability to work with marketplace metrics (supply/demand, fill rate, time-to-fill, availability
• Experience analysing A/B tests or experiments (defining success metrics, interpreting results
• Product thinking: turning product/marketplace questions into measurable hypotheses.
