• Strong analytical skills solving business problems with data
• Solid SQL knowledge with large datasets
• Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy)
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistics
• ML pipelines familiarity, data quality, model evaluation
• Familiarity with ranking or search relevance is a plus
