Senior Data Analyst, New Account Risk

📋 Description

• Analyze enrollment/app data to reduce synthetic identity losses with minimal impact on legit applicants.
• Support the design, testing, and monitoring of new account risk policies and decision rules.
• Build dashboards tracking FER, fraud loss, and approval/false-positive rates.
• Monitor third-party vendor models and signals; flag anomalies for senior team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on ad-hoc analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Fraud, Risk, Compliance, or Investigations (new account enrollment).
• Identity fraud knowledge: synthetic identity and ID theft.
• Strong SQL skills; Python, R, or similar analytical language.
• BI tools experience: Looker, Hex, or equivalent.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude) to accelerate day-to-day analysis.
