📋 Description

• Analyze payment transaction data: volume, success rates, funnels, revenue.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track payment KPIs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on payment channel efficiency and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for payment datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and standardize reporting.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or related role
• Payment, banking, or fintech background
• SQL and Python or R proficiency
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Familiarity with payment ecosystems — card processing, wallets
