Turn disparate datasets into actionable insights to guide talent decisions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in analytics, data science, BI, or related role
Advanced SQL and data modeling with large datasets (BigQuery, Snowflake)
Experience with Looker/LookML, BI tools (Tableau, Sigma), and visualization
Strong data storytelling, governance, and ability to operate in ambiguity
Cross-functional collaboration with People, Recruiting, Finance
