📋 Description

• Architect the Operations Intelligence Warehouse in BigQuery.
• Build and maintain dbt models with testing and lineage.
• Create dashboards for throughput, cycle time, capacity.
• Link operational data to revenue metrics and margins.
• Drive statistical rigor with variance analysis and SPC.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to set standards across the warehouse.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analysis or analytics engineering at B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Expert SQL and dbt in BigQuery; Metabase preferred.
• Led data warehouse cleanup or re-architecture.
• Strong data quality: testing, lineage, docs, Git workflows.
• Turn ambiguous questions into structured, measurable analyses.
• Cross-functional collaboration between Product/Eng and Tax/Accounting.
