Senior Data Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Independently deliver exploratory and diagnostic analyses with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own dashboards/reports in Looker/Power BI/Tableau; craft concise narratives.
• Lead high-impact client-facing analyses to scale media and strengthen strategy.
• Validate, QA, clean, engineer features to ensure data quality.
• Use advanced SQL, Python, or R for complex analyses.
• Apply ML and regression techniques; evaluate models via hypothesis testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Hands-on with Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Solid statistics foundations incl regression and ML.
• Translate findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent, collaborative, with marketing analytics experience preferred.
