Role within Strategy & Operations to improve product quality, fight fraud, reduce billing
Build data pipelines, governance, and agentic workflows; enable self-serve data insights for
Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Tech, Product, Finance to deliver scalable data
Prototype and deploy AI/LLM-based tools and automated workflows to replace manual analytics.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years developing technical data and automation solutions.
Extensive SQL experience and relational DB schema knowledge.
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Tableau, Looker.
Proficiency in Python, APIs, and workflow tools (Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier/n8n).
Experience building agents with LLMs and training models for complex problems.
Strong data governance and hygiene focus.
