🎯 Requirements

8+ years building large-scale data platforms.
Deep expertise with BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran; or Dagster, SqlMesh, Snowflake.
Prototype quickly in cloud environments and defend architecture with senior engineers.
Strong ownership mindset.
Proficient in English and Polish.
Willing to attend occasional evening meetings across PL-US time zones.
