Partner with engineering, security, and compliance on privacy, retention, access control policies.
Lead selection and implementation of data platforms.
Drive adoption of data best practices and support governance.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.
Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake).
Experience in AWS data engineering services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda).
Familiarity with privacy/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS).
Data modeling (OLTP/OLAP), APIs, and system integration.
