📋 Description

• Lead complex data transformation and migration across ~11 legacy systems.
• Develop unified or semi-unified data models balancing consistency and flexibility.
• Write scripts for migration, transformation, validation, and cleanup.
• Mentor junior/mid-level data engineers and set data patterns/best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and future-state needs.
• Hands-on architecture work with hands-on coding when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering/architecture or related field.
• Strong data modeling, relational schemas, mappings, normalization.
• Experience with legacy systems and large-scale migrations.
• Proficient in SQL; able to write data transformation scripts quickly.
• GCP or cloud-based data environment experience.
• Excellent communication; experience mentoring others; bachelor’s degree preferred.
