📋 Description

Build and evolve a Databricks-based data platform for product features
Design and develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines
Create platform tooling to improve developer experience
Model raw data into clean datasets powering product analytics
Improve observability, testing, and monitoring for reliability
Collaborate with engineering, ML, product, and analytics teams on data use cases

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as a data engineer on a cloud data platform (Databricks)
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience with CDC pipelines
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC
Experience with Kafka and Flink streaming
Expert English, able to lead across teams and execs
