Senior Data Developer (Databricks)

📋 Description

• Own notebooks across medallion architecture for BI reporting.
• Design and extend dimensional models for analytics.
• Troubleshoot production jobs and deploy changes.
• Review PRs to ensure quality and performance.
• Deploy across Dev/QA/UAT/Prod and track deployments.
• Monitor production jobs and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid data development experience on the Databricks platform.
• Proficiency in PySpark and Databricks SQL; performance tuning.
• Delta Lake expertise: MERGE, ACID, time travel, maintenance.
• Dimensional modeling and Slowly Changing Dimensions expertise.
• Medallion architecture, Unity Catalog, jobs/workflows.
• Git and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD; Azure services.
