• Architect and evolve our Data Platform with end-to-end data models.
• Optimize performance and cost in high-volume data workflows.
• Align data with business needs and translate logic into datasets.
• Champion Data Engineering Excellence: lead reviews and testing.
• Support modernization to micro-services and robust pipelines.
• Participate in on-call incidents and blameless post-mortems.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Data Engineering experience delivering scalable platforms.
• Snowflake (strongly preferred) or BigQuery/Databricks mastery.
• Expert SQL and dbt skills with data transformation & modeling.
• Mentorship and influence to grow teammates.
• End-To-End ownership from ambiguity to production; CI/CD.
• Clear communication with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI readiness; curious and able to vet AI-generated outputs.
• Exceptional communication translating complex logic to business partners.
