Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to prioritize data analytics needs.
• Identify KPIs driving business growth and define them with teams.
• Design and build data products (models, dashboards) across the data stack.
• Document analytics best practices to improve data discoverability and governance.
• Promote self-service analytics by building analytics products and training users.
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI or Analytics teams.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery a plus).
• Strong logical/analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience building data transformations (dbt a plus).
• Craft user-friendly data products (pipelines, models, dashboards) for all audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc).
• Expert SQL skills for complex, efficient data analysis.
• Knowledge of core business metrics (financial, sales, etc).
