Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics
• Build and operate batch and streaming pipelines with modern tools
• Create modular, reusable data models using Spark, dbt and related tools
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists, and PMs to meet needs
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and observability via validation and monitoring
• Follow software engineering practices: testing, version control, docs, and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data or software engineering focusing on building data pipelines
• Strong SQL skills and fluent in Python, Scala, or Java
• Hands-on experience with Airflow, Spark, dbt, Kafka, or Databricks
• Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, quality, and observability
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, GCP, Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
