Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Jane's customer data infrastructure end-to-end.
• Drive tooling strategy for the collection layer and ingestion.
• Establish instrumentation standards across engineering, product, and marketing.
• Own identity resolution and attribution at the collection layer.
• Navigate consent-gated instrumentation within PHI compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, BI, and product as primary stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in CS or related STEM field; 5+ years in data engineering.
• Experience evaluating or implementing CDPs; consolidating tooling.
• Privacy-compliant tracking and consent management (OneTrust/Tealium); server-side tagging.
• Strong opinions on schema design, event taxonomy, and data quality.
• Experience with identity resolution, attribution, or cross-domain tracking.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL; Python is a plus.
