Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and evolve core data platform infrastructure, including data warehouses and catalogs.
• Own lakehouse infra as code using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes.
• Build low-latency streaming and CDC pipelines, plus batch ingestion.
• Create scalable data solutions with open table formats and object storage.
• Improve BI with self-service, reliable data for teams and automated systems.
• Implement monitoring, runbooks, and SLAs to improve platform reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering on large-scale, low-latency platforms (>100M events/day)
• Kubernetes infra with Docker, Helm, and cloud-native tooling
• Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD for IaC
• Distributed systems knowledge: storage, transactions, query processing
• Experience with Trino or Presto open-source engines
• Iceberg/open table formats and object storage expertise
